All India Institute of Medical Science, Patna Invites ONLINE applications for the post of Medical Record Technical (MRT) of the Institute on Direct Recruitment Basis

Post:-
10- Medical Record Technician (MRT) / 05-UR / 03-OBC/ 01-EWS/ 01-SC / category candidats.
Category disability:-
Category of disability for which post is identified suitable OA-One Aem, OL-One Leg, OAL- One Arm & One Leg, BL- Both Leg, HH- Hearing Handicapped.
Process of Selection:- Written Test.
Pay Scale:-
Level -4 in Pay Matrix Rs.25,550-81,100/- per month, /
Rs.5,200-20,200 with Grade Pay Rs.2,400/- (pre- revised).
Educational Qualification:-
(i) 12th Class pass, preferably in Science Or equivalent from a recognised Board /University.
And
(ii) Certificate in Medical Records
from a recognised Institute or authority issued after not less than 06 months training course.
Admirable :-
Experience of having handled Medical records in a Hospital / Medical Institute, of repute.
Age Limit:- 18-30 years / relaxableb up to 40 years of age for AIIMS patna employees.
Age Relaxation:-
(i) Upper age limit shall be determined as on date of start of receipt of ONLINE application.
(ii) Birth date as recorded in the Matriculation / Secondary Examination Certificate only will be accepted by AIIMS, Patna.
(iii) No Age relaxation would be available to SC / ST / OBC / candidates applying for Unreserved Vacancies.
And
(iv)- Other age relaxation as per Government of India guidelines.
Application Fee:-
1- Rs.200/-* For SC / ST / Women Candidates
/ EWS / Candidates.
* This fee of Rs. 200/- shall be refunded duly deducting Bank Charges as applicable, if the candidate appears in the Written Examination.
2- Rs.1000/- For All other / GEN/ OBC / categories .
3- Ex. Service man / PwD Candidates - Exempted.
4- The candidates will be required to Pay prescribed application fees through ONLINE Mode Only via Payment gateway of AIIMS, Patna.
Transaction / Processing fee, if any, as applicable Will be payable to the bank by the candidate.
5- Application Fee once remitted shall not be refunded under any circumstances except the case mentioned in point 1 above.
6- Applications without the prescribed fee would not be considered and summarily rejected.
Note:-
1- * The above candidates are provisional and subject to Variation. The director, AIIMS Patna reserve the right to vary the vacancies including reserved vacancies as per the Government of India rules / circulars and Requirements.
2- Reservation will be as per Government of India policy.
3- Age and all other qualifications will be counted as on the last date of Start of submission of / receipt of Online
application i.e 07/03/2020.
4- AGE AND ALL OTHER QUALIFICATION WILL BE COUNTED AS ON THE LAST DATE OF SUBMISSION OF APPLICATION.
Examination Scheme:-
The examination will adjoin a Computer Based Online Mode of exam for the post of Medical Record Technician (MRT) .
Examination Subject:-
Part - 'A' - General Intelligence & Reasoning - 20 Marks/ Questions.
'B' - Quantitative Aptitude - 10 Marks / Questions.
'C' - English Language & Comprehension - 20 Marks / Questions.
'D' - Subject Knowledge - 100 Marks / Questions.
in 02 Hours* Time duration.
*Compensatory time of 01 Hour will be provided to PwD candidates, who are eligible for the same as mentioned in as above.
Questions will be Objective Type Multiple Choice, Set in both Hindi and English in respect of parts A, B, C, D.
There will be Negative❎ Marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer.
Note I -
The Institute reserves the right to conduct the examination through Computer based Online mode.
The Institute also reserves the right to introduce additional stage of examination which would be notified at suitable time if considered necessary.
Note II -
Any representation to key 🔑 of the examination will be scrutinized with the help of experts, wherever necessary, and evaluation in that case will be done with modified answer key 🔑.
The decision of the AIIMS, Patna in this regard will be final and no further representation will be entertained.
Document Verification:-
The original certificate of successful candidates will be verified for which dates will be
noticed after declaration of results.
On the basis of written test, the provisionally qualified candidates will be required to produce following original certificates along with one set of photocopy, duly self - attested viz.
(i) - Copy of Online Application Form.
(ii) - Copy of Admit Card issued for Written Examination. 📝
(iii)- Certificate showing date of Birth 10th Certificate / Birth Certificate.
(iv) - Class 10th & 12th Marksheet and Certificate.
(v) - Certificate in Medical Records ( from ba recognised Institute or authority issued after not less than 06 months training course).
(vi) - Caste certificate if applied
under SC / ST / OBC / category or EWS Certificate issued by the competent authority.
(vii) - The disability certificate, if applied under person with Benchmark disability (PwD) category.
(viii)- 'No Objection Certificate'
if in regular employment in Government / Semi Government / PSU Institution.
(ix) - Experience Certificate, if any.
(x) - Identity Proof - PAN Card, Passport, driving Licence, Voter Card, Aadhaar Card and Government Approved Identity Proof.
(xi) - Address Proof - Aadhaar Card, Passport, Ration Card, driving Licence and Government Approved Address Proof.
(xii)- Any other relevant documents.
AIIMS, Patna decision Final:-
AIIMS Patna's decision regarding the recruitment of Medical Record Technician will be final.
Last date:-
07th June 2020 at 12:00 midnight.
