Recruitment of Meritorious Sports Persons by Karnataka Postal Circle is inviting application from eligible Meritorious Sports Persons for filling up of vacancies in Junior Accountant/ Postal Assistant/ Sorting Assistant and  Postman Cadres in the Postal/ Railway Mail Service (RMS) divisions/ Units and other Officers. 

Post:- 02 Junior Accountant. 

Age Limitation:- Between 18-27 years. 

Eligibility:- Bachelor Degree from a recognized University

Pay Band:- Rs.25,500-81,100/-per month, Level- 4th in Pay Matrix. 

Post:- 15 Postal Assistant/ Sorting Assistant. 

Age Limitation:- Between 18-27 years. 

Eligibility:- 10+2 Standard Or 12th pass from recognized Board of School Education/ University. 

Pay Band:- Rs.25,500-81,100/- per month, Level- 4th I  Pay Matrix. 

Post:- 27 Postman. 

Age Limitation:- Between 18-27 years. 

Eligibility:- 12th Standard pass from recognized Board of School Education, 

Knowledge of LOCAL LANGUAGE i.e. KANNADA. The candidates should have studies local language i.e. Kannada at least upto 10th Standard. 

The candidates will be required to furnish Certificate of Basic Computer Training from a recognized Computer Training Institute from Central Government/ State Government/ University and Board etc.   before issuance of appointment letter, will also be acceptable for this purpose.

This Requirement of Basic Computer Knowledge Certificate is relaxable in case where a candidate has studied Computer as a subject in matriculation or 12th class Or Higher education. 

And Ministry of Human Resource Development. 

Pay Band:- Rs.21,700-69,100/- per month, Level-03rd in Pay Matrix. 

Age relaxation as per Government rules for all categories.

Late date:- The crucial date for determining

the age limit shall be Last date of receipt application extended till 16/03/2020.

Application Fees:- The candidates shall have to pay Application Fee of Rs. 200/- in any of the Computerized post offices in India and submit the Original receipt along with the application. The National ebiller ID created by this office for Payment of application fee at any Computerised Post Office is '16520'. 

Sports description:- Archery, Athletics including Track and Field events, Atya-Patya, Badminton, Ball-Badminton, Basketball, Billiards and Snooker, Boxing, Bridge, Carrom, Chess Cricket, Cycling, Equestrian Sports, Football, Golf, Gymnastics including Body Building, 

Handball Hockey, Ice-Skiing, Ice- Hockey, Ice-Skakting, Judo, Kabaddi, Karate-DO, Kayaking and Canoeing, Kho-Kho, Polo, Power Lifting, Refile Shooting, Roller Skating, Rowing, Softball, Squash, 

Swimming, Table Tennis, Taekwondo, Tenni-Koit, Tennis, Volleyball, Weight Lifting, Wrestling, Yachting.
