National Capital Region Transport Corporation (NCRTC) a Joint Sector Company of Government of India and States Delhi, Haryana, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh
Under the administrative control of Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, is mandated for implementing the Regional Rapid Transit System (RRTS) in National Capital Region (NCR) , to ensure a balanced and sustainable urban development through better connectivity and access.
The RRTS will be a new, dedicated, high speed, high capacity, comfortable commuter service connecting Regional nodes in NCR.
It will provide reliable, high frequency, point to point safe regional travel at high speed for relatively longer distance with fewer stops.
NCRTC invites Application from experienced personal, working with Railways/ Railways' CPSEs/ PSUs/ Metro Companies/ Other Central/ State Government undertaking or their instrumentalities and reputed private sector companies as given in Applicability for its RRTS project in NCR. for the post given below-
Post:- 01- Executive Director/ Architecture.
Age Limit:- Maximum 57 year.
Pay Scale:- Level E9- Rs.1,50,000-3,00,000/- per month.
Or
Post:- Chief Architect
Age Limit:- Maximum 55 year.
Pay Scale:- Level E8- Rs.1,20,000-2,80,000/- per month.
Educational Qualification:- B.Arch. Should
be Registered with Council of Architecture.
Experience:- Minimum 20-25 years. Post qualification varied experience ( for ED and CA respectively) in the field of Architecture in Government departments/ Reputed private sector company.
Out of which minimum 7 Or 5 years experience (for ED and CA respectively) should be of designing Metro/ Urban Railway Stations, especially underground/ elevated stations. Should be conversant with functioning in computerized environment.
Hands on knowledge on various computer applications, latest software relating to the job is desirable.
Post:- 02- Group General Manager/ Chief Project Manager (Civil).
Age Limit:- Maximum age 55 years.
Pay Scale:- Level E8- Rs.1,20,000-2,80,000/- per month.
Educational Qualification:- B.E./ B.Tech.(Civil) or equivalent.
Experience:- Minimum 20 years experience in Civil Engineering Construction Worksin Government/ PSUs and Government instrumentalities,
out of which minimum 10 years experience should be in Construction of tunnels, underground/ elevated stations, viaduct/ tracks, bridges,/ flyovers etc. in Metro Rail/ Railways projects.
Experience of contract management is desirable.
Post:- 01- Dy. General Manager Finance.
Age Limit:- Maximum age 50 year.
Pay Scale:- Level E4- Rs. 70,000-2,00,000/- per month.
Or
Post:- Manager Finance.
Age Limit:- Maximum age 40 year.
Pay Scale:- Level E3- Rs.60,000-1,80,000/- per month.
Educational Qualification:- CA / ICWA.
Experience:- Minimum 05- 08 years.
Posf qualification experience (for DGM and Manager, respectively) in Corporate Accounts/ Financial Management/
Taxation-Direct/ Indirect/ Budgeting/ Compilation of Accounts/ Statutory/ Internal and CAG Audit /
Preparation of MIS/ Treasury Management/ Corporate Governance/Contract Management consisting of Tender invitation/
Tender evaluation/ Tender Committee/ Vetting of Contracts Officer/ Estimates etc. in Infrastructure Sector PSUs or Metro Rail/ Railways.
Post:- 03- Assistant Manager.
Age Limit:- Maximum age 40 year.
Pay Scale:- Level E2- Rs.50,000-1,60,000/- per month.
Or
Post:- Engineering Associate-01.
Age Limit:- Maximum age 35 year.
Pay Scale:- Level E1- Rs.40,000-1,40,000/- per month.
Or
Post:- Engineering Associate-02.
Age Limit:- Maximum age 35 year.
Age Relaxation:- Age relaxation as per guidelines.
Pay Scale:- Level E0- Rs.30,000-1,20,000/- per month.
Educational Qualification:- B. E. / B. Tech. (Civil) and Diploma in Project Planning/ Post Graduate Course with Project Planning as a subject.
Certificate in Primavera application will be Preferred.
Experience:- Minimum 06 or 04 or 02 years post experience of working on Metro Rail/ Railways Projects in the field of planning.
Should have experience of cost estimate/ preparing and periodically updating construction schedule/ identifying critical path and other activities related to project management for urban Metro project.
Should have proficiency on Primavera P6 and MS project.
Mode of Recruitment Applicability:-
Immediate Absorption/ Deputation ( From Government Organization/ Railways CPSEs/PSUs/ Metro Rail & other Government instrumentalities and Direct Recruitment from open market.
Physical & Medical Fitness:- The Applicants should be physically and Medically fit.
In case of selection, candidates will have to undergo a medical examination as per Corporation policy.
Selection:- Suitable candidates will be shortlisted, based on their eligibility/ experience in the relevant field and may be called for Interview.
NCRTC reserves the right to conduct written examination of certain levels in case of application received from eligible candidates is high.
NCRTC on immediate absorption basis with respect to his eligibility vis-a-vis his last position in parent organization and length of service or as per the suitability decided by the selection committee.
Bond amount:- Rs.3,00,000/- Direct Recruitment/Open market/ minimum 03 years and
Rs.1,50,000/- Absorption from Government organization/ instrumentalities/ PSUs/CPSEs period to serve the Corporation.
